Like you, i was also retrenched . And also like what you have mentioned, i did thought of starting my own business. But there again, what business ? Cafe/ food business i guess. However, after much research and thought, i decided not to. I guess i dont want to end up in debt if the business fail. Since i am also sick and tire of been retrenched again ( this is my 3rd time) i decided to go into financial planning. Its my own business, and i am accountable to my own keep. I am not at the mercy of a boss. However , I think i am at mercy of customers( who are actually the bosses, dont u think so ? ) Anyway, i got into this business just recently. So far so good. No salary , no income yet. But i am enjoying the profiling as of now. Hopefully with much discipline and determination, I will make it ... Hi
